More information about SLICE: to establish, train, and
support a pool of Peer Support Senior Specialists willing to
teach others about the impact of drug and alcohol substance
misuse/abuse and its relationship to social isolation. These
seniors would inform and engage the community by sharing their
knowledge, present successes, and disseminate non-judgmental
information thereby reducing stereotypes about seniors with
similar life challenges.
Thank you for your participation!
